※初めてご利用の方は、予約フォームがスムーズでお勧めです。
※確実な手続きと案内の為、電話でのご予約は基本的に承っておりません。

◇　ご登録メールアドレスについて
outlook.comやhotmail.com宛のメールの送信エラーが多発しているため、
なるべく上記ドメイン以外のアドレスでのご登録をお願いいたします。

◇　予約フォーム内の決済方法の選択について
天候等により中止や変更の可能性がある為、現地決済をお勧めしております。
※現地決済では、クレジットカード、ペイペイ、現金がご利用いただけます。
※対応クレジットカードは、VISA、MASTER、JCB、AMEX、DINNERSです。

◇　当店のダイビングスタイルについて
生物の観察や撮影を少人数でのんびり楽しむスタイルがメインとなります。
※生物のリクエストもお気軽にお知らせください。
※マンタステーションには行っておりません。

◇　ご参加日のご宿泊先への送迎エリアの設定がございます。
※基本は、島の東側のイーフビーチエリアのみとなります。
※サイプレスリゾートやガーデンヒルズ等、島の西側は送迎エリア外となります。

◇　器材やお荷物の発送について
器材やお荷物の事前発送は、原則、ご宿泊先へとお願いいたします。
※ご宿泊先での対応不可の場合は、当店への発送とお預かりも可能です。

◇ Regarding your registered email address:
Due to frequent errors in sending emails to outlook.com and hotmail.com addresses,please register with an email address other than those listed above whenever possible.

◇ Regarding our diving style:
Our main focus is macro diving, where small groups can leisurely enjoy observing and photographing marine life.
*Please feel free to let us know if you have any requests for specific marine life.
*Encounters with large marine life such as manta rays cannot be expected.

◇ There are designated pick-up and drop-off areas for your accommodation on the day of your participation.
*This service is limited to the Eef Beach area on the east side of the island.
*The west side of the island, including Cypress Resort and Garden Hills, is outside the pick-up and drop-off area.
